Sugarbakers in Chincoteague Island

Sandwich was delicious and a large portion size, so it was worth the price. The staff was very nice and helpful as well.

This is the only bakery on the island and you need to get there early if you want a good selection. Beware the older staff she is very rude and SLOW. She seems annoyed with your business. The younger people are better and do not make you feel like an idiot for entering the bakery.

Well it may not look like a lot inside the doughnuts, pastries, and other goodies here are out of this world. The only downside is the cost as they are a little expensive but once a year worth the splurge.

Lovely homemade pastries, very fresh. Sooo many donuts. I enjoyed the iced coffee, and thank goodness they added a reasonable amount of flavor shots (I hate it when it's too sweet). The service is great and it's a cozy little nook in downtown.

Try the capresse sandwich!!!

Quaint coffee place, respectful teens behind the counter, good & coffee were good, but three tables won't support large crowds. Recommend you get there outside of high traffic times (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

Ridiculously good sticky buns! Get them while they have them every day. They do run out!

We've been coming to Chincoteague for over 20 years and SugarBakers is one of me and my family's best traditions. Always fresh always delicious!

Mmm, fresh warm donuts in the AM.

Had a quick breakfast here before heading back home to NY. Had the chocolate croissant and my daughter had the poppy seed muffin...both were DELICIOUS! I also got a dozen donuts to take home which were out of this world and very reasonable! Will definitely come back on my next trip to Chincoteague!

Great bakery on the island. Donuts and pastries are fresh and delicious! Small seating area inside (three tables) so plan on getting your food to go during peak times. Helpful and patient staff working the afternoon we visited. Cool t-shirts for sale in addition to pastries, coffee, and bread.

Best place to get something sweet in the morning. Go early for the best selection of pastries and donuts. The cinnamon rolls are amazing!

The best donuts in Chincoteague and the sticky buns are one of a kind. They are sold out for good reason.

The coffee could be better. Didn't try to sweets though they smelled good.

Very good bakery on Main Street. I had an amazing raspberry turnover and a frozen mocha coffee.
